These terms apply when you use https:\/\/gend.me\/fairy-dust-capital\/ or buy from Fairy Dust Capital. By placing an order you agree to them.<\/p>\n

Orders and prices<\/h2>\n

Prices are shown at checkout in the store’s currency and include any taxes stated there. An order is accepted once payment is confirmed. We may decline or cancel an order, for example if a price was shown in error, and we will refund any payment in full.<\/p>\n

Payment<\/h2>\n

Payments are processed by the payment provider you choose at checkout, which receives your payment details to complete the payment. We do not store your card details.<\/p>\n

Delivery of products and services<\/h2>\n

Digital products are delivered by email or through your account. Services start as described on the product page; we will contact you to arrange anything we need from you.<\/p>\n

Returns and refunds<\/h2>\n

You can ask for a refund within 14 days of your order by contacting admin@gend.me. Services already delivered and digital products already downloaded may not be refundable, unless the law says otherwise. Approved refunds go back to the way you paid.<\/p>\n

Your account<\/h2>\n

Keep your login details safe; you are responsible for activity on your account. Tell us straight away if you think someone else has used it.<\/p>\n

Our content<\/h2>\n

The text, images and other content on this site belong to Fairy Dust Capital or its licensors. You may not copy or reuse them without permission.<\/p>\n

Liability<\/h2>\n

We provide the site and our products with care, but to the extent the law allows we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection law.<\/p>\n

Changes and governing law<\/h2>\n

We may update these terms; the date above shows the latest version. They are governed by the laws of Canada and of the province where we are based.<\/p>\n
