Payments
Payments are processed by the payment provider you choose at checkout, which receives your payment details to complete the payment. We do not store your card details.
Who we share it with
We share your information only with the service providers that help us run the store, such as payment processing, hosting and email, and only as needed for that service. We do not sell your personal information. We may disclose it where the law requires.
How long we keep it
We keep order records for as long as the law requires for tax and accounting, and other information only as long as we need it for the purposes above. You can ask us to delete your account at any time.
Your choices and rights
You can ask to see the personal information we hold about you, correct it, withdraw your consent or ask us to delete it. Email us at admin@gend.me and we will respond within 30 days.
