A proposal is a project broken into milestones, each made of tasks. Task Credits are the points that pay for it, so your retainer credits and any extra credits you buy go straight into getting a project done.

  2. Deposit or pay with creditsOn the offer page choose Deposit Task Credits. Your balance is checked and the credits are taken in one step.
  3. Short on credits?Top up with extra credits at your retainer rate, or move to a bigger retainer. The offer then pays automatically.
  4. Your workspace is builtThe milestones and tasks appear in your web app’s Contracts tab, ready for review and approval.

Only Task Credits pay for proposals. DGEN coins and store credits can’t be spent on them directly.
