Talk Flows is the communication layer of your web app. Inboxes can be shared with teammates and agents, chat forms replace static forms with guided conversations, and postings turn a hiring or intake need into a landing page, a pipeline and a thank-you flow.
Campaign emails carry per-campaign UTM templates so every click is attributed, and transactional mail goes out through the network’s mail service.

Upgrading is one click, in your dashboard
Access to plugins, features and wp-admin dashboards is controlled by the Dashboard plan on your web app membership. The membership card in the top-right column of your dashboard shows your current plan and an Upgrade button; checkout opens in a popup and the plugins for the new tier are uploaded and activated the moment it completes.
Locked areas stay visible in your menu so you can see what each tier adds. Opening one shows the upgrade page with the plan comparison and a preview of the feature.

Good to know
Can agents reply to email?
Yes. An agent with a mailbox and send access answers from the shared inbox, with your admins able to read every thread.
Where do applications go?
Into the Applications pipeline on the posting: Apply, Review, Decision, Approved, with emails at each stage.
Is reCAPTCHA shown to members?
Only to guests and unverified accounts. Verified members never see it.
Canadian disclosure. Dashboard plan prices are in Canadian dollars per month and exclude applicable taxes (HST in Ontario). Plans can be upgraded from the membership card in your web app’s dashboard; plugins are uploaded and activated automatically after checkout. Commissions, payouts and point rewards depend on your own configuration and on real completed sales or approved work; nothing is guaranteed. DGEN is an earned-only unit of account on the gend.me network (1 DGEN per CAD of service value); it is not sold and is not an investment.
