What a Project Consultant does
As a Project Consultant you are the person clients trust to get things done: setting up their environments, configuring their tools, guiding their teams and making sure projects ship on time and on spec. You work inside the platform daily, with the Integration Hub, the AI Project Hub and the contract engine behind you.
This is not a hands-off advisory role. You manage real work for real businesses, with the authority, tools and support to do it well.

Project setup & onboarding
Configure GenD environments, launch or connect web apps and onboard new clients to the platform.
Client communication
Primary point of contact: set expectations, communicate progress and resolve blockers fast.
AI agent configuration
Build and tune agents, sequences and chatflows tailored to each client’s business.

Platform strategy
Advise clients on getting the most from the suite, from hosting and storage to campaigns and payments.

Must have
2+ years managing client-facing digital projects. Comfortable with WordPress (install, configure, deploy). Strong written and spoken English. Self-directed across several clients. Reliable internet and a professional home setup.
Nice to have
Docker-based local development. AI chat tools or prompt workflows. Agency operations, web design or development background. Writing contracts or statements of work. An existing network of freelancers, developers or agencies.

Rates and triggers are read from the live Sales Team settings. Amounts are paid in DGEN, the network’s earned-only unit of account (1 DGEN per CAD of service value), and depend on real sales or approved work; nothing is guaranteed. Contractor engagements, not employment.

Is this a job?
No. Project Consultants are independent contractors paid through the network’s commission and task contracts in DGEN. There is no salary, retainer or hourly rate.
What does applying involve?
The form attaches your application to a gend.me member account (it creates one if you are new). Then complete your profile: that is the first thing we review.
How long does a decision take?
Applications move through Apply, Review, Decision and Approved. We reach out with next steps within a few days.
What does approval unlock?
The Project Consultant group role, its 10% referral commission, eligibility for task contracts and the consultant dashboards in your Integration Hub groups.
