GenD packages local WordPress development, AI automation, contracts and project management into one toolset: the GenD Web Builder desktop app and the gend.me hub. We need builders who ship clean, production-ready code on a modern WordPress stack and help push the platform forward every week.
Work is organised as task contracts: scoped tickets in the GenD PM system, picked up by application and selection, executed instantly and paid when the customer approves.

What we need vs. what is a bonus
Must have
2+ years PHP / WordPress development. Custom plugin architecture. WP REST API (register, secure, consume). JavaScript for admin UI. MySQL with prepared statements. Git workflow. Command-line comfort.
Nice to have
Docker-based WordPress environments. Payment gateway integrations. Language-model API integration. BuddyPress knowledge. Tailwind. Electron / Node.js for desktop work. Prior SaaS or multi-tenant plugin work.

Compensation is contract-based and read from the live settings: the Task Contract Execution service contract for Web Developers, plus the gend.me referral program for anyone you bring to the network.

Rates and triggers are read from the live Sales Team settings. Amounts are paid in DGEN, the network’s earned-only unit of account (1 DGEN per CAD of service value), and depend on real sales or approved work; nothing is guaranteed. Contractor engagements, not employment.

Is this full-time?
No. Web Developers are independent contractors who pick up scoped task contracts. Volume depends on the work available and on what you apply for.
Is there a trial task?
Your first task contracts are real, scoped tickets paid under the same contract as every other task: per credit of approved work, 7 days after customer approval.
What does applying involve?
The form attaches your application to a gend.me member account (it creates one if you are new). Then complete your profile: Overview, Resume, Social accounts and Portfolio or GitHub links.
What does approval unlock?
The Web Developers member type, access to task contracts in the PM system and the developer dashboards in your groups.
