Can I create more than one kind of point?

Yes. Add new point types, each with its own buy, earn, spend, transfer, exchange and withdraw settings.

How do members earn points?

From the action rules you set on a point type. Earn rules use Sales Team, which is part of your plan.

Can members send points to each other?

Yes, where you allow transfers for that point type. Points sent between network members wait in Pending Transfers for approval.

What are badges and ranks for?

Badges mark milestones, behaviours or purchases. Ranks are tiers that reflect loyalty, activity or purchases.

Where do I find it?

In your web app’s wp-admin, under Social › Point Bank.
