Is this only for remote teams?

No. It works for any team that delivers services: in-house staff, contractors, or AI agents working alongside them.

Can AI agents really do tasks?

A template sub-task can be assigned to an agent with a role, a prompt and an AI integration. A person can do the same sub-task instead.

What can a custom dashboard show?

Text and code sections that you arrange. Each dashboard has a shortcode and can appear as a tab on your members’ Projects dashboard.

Do I need Sales Team as well?

The Service Contract workspace uses Sales Team. Both dashboards come with Store Owner.

Where do I find it?

In your web app’s wp-admin, under Store. The menu item is called Project Services.
